Engine Modifications Included:
Cylinder: Bore, Port and Plate.
Power Valves: Precision machined to match big bore ports.
Head: Re-chamber to work with the Big Bore piston. 100 octane suggested for most conditions.
Crankshaft: No crank mods required.
Crankcase: All Suzuki RM125 big bore kits require additional case clearance to clear piston at BDC.
Notes: This kit requires you to send us your cylinder, head, and power valves for modification.
The Suzuki RM139 is the largest bore we offer for the RM125. There are a couple main reasons for this.
1) The power is better. The RM139 gives a big increase in bottom and mid as well as a nice top end pull. The RM144 is too much bottom and mid for our preference.
2) The Max Power RM139 piston is much lighter than the RM144 piston. The RM144 needs to have the crank balanced to run without vibration. The RM139 does not vibrate.
You need look no further if you want the best bore-only kit available anywhere for the Suzuki RM125.
