The Rossier Exhaust systems are constructed completely of 304 stainless steel with an aluminum silencer. The billet aluminum turn-down tip helps keep noise down and their new Quiet Kit brings noise down with no decrease in horsepower.
Note: Jet Kit, Quiet Kit, Spark Arrestor, and Free Air Kit sold separately.

Rossier Engineering Exhaust System Fits: 2009-2010 YFZ450R

Description: The Rossier pipe really wakes up the fuel injected YFZ. We saw an increase in the peak power from 34+ to an honest 43+ when combined with the Rossier cold air kit (we run heavy dyno tires). It also completely eliminates the stock sag at 3800 RPM that is present with the stock pipe. Couple that with the ability to rev all the way to 10,000 rather than nosing over at 8500, and you can see we have a killer pipe here. The large diameter head pipe also works very well with our big bore and stroker engines. Dyno charts coming soon.

Description: The RE Free Air Kit and adapter will gain you 1 HP peak and 2 HP after peak to help you pull longer in each gear. Make easy horsepower by opening up the little restrictive hole in the intake! Includes all hardware and instructions. Recommended when using aftermarket exhaust.
